Tangerine In Pink Hopeman, Moray, Scotland
A tangerine ball of a sunset sinks through a veil of sea mist into the tranquil waters of the Moray Firth turning the sky pink, thus reflecting that delicate hue onto the wet sand beach at Hopeman bay. I was particularly pleased at the way the blue of twilight sky directly above has reflected off the white spume of a breaking wave injecting an opposing cool hue into the available palette.
