Postal Nightmare   Well of Lecht, Grampian, Scotland

Ski resorts in Scotland are usually closed because there is no snow or because you can't physically get there when there is snow, not a great, though a fairly typical example of a British business plan.  This is at the foot of the hill that leads up to the Lecht ski resort and I managed to struggle my way to Tomintoul and get to this point before making my way on foot to this splendid scene of isolation.  The derelict building is an old lead mill, I bet the local postman wouldn't want that job in the winter.
