Stone Washed   Hopeman, Moray, Scotland

As the sun sets and just starts to peek around low cloud I have approximately 15 seconds until it disappears from view for the day.  The little spark of orange light it provides is sufficient to colour up the rocks and pebbles in the immediate foreground and to paint a little colour in the sea, but at the same time is insufficiently bright to cause the camera angst by virtue of lens flare.  This shot pleases me immensely and was certainly on the short list for my best dozen gallery.
