Never have I been in a continent with such climatic extremes, subtropical at the top, red sand deserts in the middle and mountains and impressive cliff scenery to the South and that's just Australia. Even the wildlife is uniquely different. New Zealand on the other hand has such fabulous compacted beauty that a breathtaking lansdscape appears round every bend in the road.
