Running Events: Athletics Meets: Scottish Age Group Championships

The National Scottish Age Group championships are the culmination of the junior track and field events and are usually held at a premier location such as Grangemouth or the Emirates in Glasgow. I tend to concentrate on the middle distance events such as the 800m and 1500m as these are the events that my Ben and Lauren are likely to be better at but the Championships has the full athletic gamut of track and field activities and both Ben and Lauren had a go at the High Jump as well, albeit with limited success.
