Elgol Skyline Pano
Elgol, Skye, Scotland
An hour or so before sunset I arrived at Elgol to find the sun shining on the stoney beach there and the mountains which were covered with bracken and Deer grass glowing ginger in the warm low angled sunlight beneath a beautiful delicate sky of mixed cloud and Cirrus tails. I decided that the mountains would be my subject but relented a little to include a tiny sliver of beach and the pock marked limestone cliff that identifies Elgol so clearly to anyone that knows the place.
