Lossiemouth, Moray, Scotland

A boiling cauldron of foamy waves breaking in raging procession on a big summer swell day at Lossiemouth's newly accessible East beach. Ben had just bought himself a surf board and a new warm good fitting wet suit and was eager to try it out in the biggest waves he could find. The surf didn't disappoint though he did get stung by a Weever Fish and suffered an agonising pain in his left foot which swelled up and then started to go numb. Photo © copyright by Ian Cameron.
