It has always seemed to me that the regimented row of beach huts that mysteriously appeared almost overnight on Findhorn's beautiful, wild, sandy and largely empty beach on the Moray coast look like they are there to guard against invading forces. They are in fact pretty much identical, save for their single colour coat of paint, windowless and appear to be little more than garden sheds on short stilts. How they gained permission to install them there I'll never know but I suspect very large sums of money filled fat chubby wallets judging by the current retail price of £25000. Location location!
