Onich Sundowner

If time gets a little tight and I fancy trying for a sunset location after heading back down from Glencoe I often stop near Onich where the winter sun sometimes sparks some last minute colour usually across calm water with a mountain backdrop. As it happens a solitary house has been built on a spit of land that juts out into the sea loch and at dusk the lights usually come on and it offers a lovely sense of scale for a long exposure blue twilight shot.
