Pebble Beds Cove Bay
Cove Bay, Moray, Scotland
At the end of Cove Bay a mile or so East of Hopeman is some of the most colourful rocks and stones on the Moray coast and believe me that is saying something as this particular stretch of shoreline is renowned for its spectacular golden sandstone bedrock and cliffs and eclectic mix of multi-coloured pebbles. This fabulous section is beneath one of the cliff faces decorated in vivid green seaweed drapery and punctuated by smooth rounded stones and pebbles on top of undulating rock.
