Zebra Sky Glascarnoch
Loch Glascarnoch, Highland, Scotland
At the edge of Loch Glascarnoch on a breathlessly still alpine morning was a view to die for, a perfect three mile long mirror like reflection and above it a stunning herring bone sky. So why haven't I included it here, well that's because the sky above the loch was rendered all but ordinary in comparison with the one hanging over the snow dusted peaks of the Fannichs that was patterned like the hide of a zebra. It seemed that the choice of rendering it as a black and white would therefore be a natural one. Photo © copyright by Ian Cameron.
